الشروط والأحكام وسياسة التعديل والإلغاء والاسترداد

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك موقع تريبيكال والخدمات التي تقدّمها شركة تريب يكال لتنظيم الرحلات («تريبيكال» أو «نحن»)، الرقم الوطني الموحد 7028926595، المرخّصة من وزارة السياحة برقم 73105160. باستخدامك الموقع أو طلبك خدماتنا فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. في حال وجود اختلاف بين النصين العربي والإنجليزي، يُعتمد النص العربي.

1. خدماتنا

• يعرض الموقع أسعار طيران حيّة من مزوّد أسعار الطيران لدينا للعلم والمقارنة، ويتيح لك إرسال طلب رحلة أو التواصل مع مستشار.
• الحجز والدفع الإلكتروني عبر الموقع غير متاحين حالياً. يتم الحجز عن طريق مستشار من تريبيكال.
• عند تعذّر الأسعار المباشرة قد يعرض الموقع نتائج تجريبية للعرض فقط، ويوضح ذلك بجانبها. هذه النتائج ليست رحلات حقيقية.

2. الأسعار

• الأسعار إجمالي لكل المسافرين شاملة الضرائب كما يصلنا من المزوّد، وتُعرض بالريال السعودي. الأسعار الواردة بالدولار الأمريكي تُحوَّل بسعر 3.75 ريال للدولار، وإذا ظهر سعر بعملة أخرى فهو بعملة المزوّد كما هو.
• قد تتغير الأسعار وتوفر المقاعد في أي وقت حتى إصدار التذكرة.
• يرسل لك المستشار عرض سعر مكتوباً يوضح السعر النهائي وأي رسوم خدمة قبل أن تدفع. لا نضيف أي رسوم لم ترد في العرض الذي وافقت عليه.

3. تأكيد الحجز

لا يُعد الحجز مؤكداً إلا بعد استلام الدفع وإصدار التذكرة أو القسيمة وإرسالها إليك. راجع الأسماء والتواريخ فور استلامها وأبلغنا بأي خطأ مباشرة.

4. الدفع

• يتم الدفع بالطرق التي يحددها لك المستشار كتابياً عند تأكيد الحجز.
• الدفع الإلكتروني بالبطاقات عبر الموقع قريباً.

5. مسؤوليات المسافر

• تقديم أسماء المسافرين مطابقة لجوازات السفر وبيانات صحيحة.
• التأكد من صلاحية جواز السفر (تشترط دول كثيرة صلاحية لا تقل عن 6 أشهر).
• استيفاء متطلبات التأشيرة والدخول والمتطلبات الصحية للوجهة. نساعدك في معرفتها والتقديم عليها، لكن قرار منح التأشيرة يعود للجهة المختصة.
• الحضور إلى المطار في الوقت الذي تحدده شركة الطيران.

6. التعديل والإلغاء

• تخضع تذاكر الطيران لشروط الأجرة الخاصة بشركة الطيران: قابلية الاسترداد، ورسوم التغيير، وفرق السعر. يظهر في نتائج البحث إن كانت التذكرة قابلة للاسترداد أم لا.
• تخضع الفنادق والباقات لسياسة الإلغاء المذكورة في عرض السعر.
• نبلغك بكل الرسوم وفرق السعر قبل تنفيذ أي تعديل أو إلغاء، ولا ننفذه إلا بموافقتك.
• قد تُطبق رسوم خدمة لدى تريبيكال على التعديل أو الإلغاء إذا وردت في عرض السعر الذي وافقت عليه.

7. الاسترداد

• يُسترد المبلغ القابل للاسترداد بعد خصم رسوم شركة الطيران أو المزوّد، وأي رسوم خدمة وردت في عرض السعر.
• نقدّم طلب الاسترداد لدى المزوّد دون تأخير بعد طلبك، ونبلغك بالمدة المتوقعة.
• نعيد المبلغ بطريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد استلامنا له من المزوّد.
• إذا ألغت شركة الطيران الرحلة أو غيّرت موعدها تغييراً جوهرياً، نساعدك في إعادة الحجز أو الاسترداد وفق سياسة شركة الطيران.

8. دورنا ومسؤوليتنا

نعمل وسيطاً بينك وبين شركات الطيران والفنادق ومقدّمي الخدمات، وكل منهم مسؤول عن تقديم خدمته وفق شروطه. ونحن مسؤولون عن دقة خدمتنا ومتابعة حجزك وطلباتك.

9. الشكاوى

لتقديم شكوى أو ملاحظة راجع صفحة الشكاوى والملاحظات.

10. خصوصيتك

نتعامل مع بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

11. النظام المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية في المملكة بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

Terms and conditions, and change, cancellation and refund policy

These terms govern your use of the Tripical website and the services of Tripical (شركة تريب يكال لتنظيم الرحلات, "we"), Unified National Number 7028926595, licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, licence no. 73105160. By using the site or requesting our services you agree to these terms. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.

1. Our services

• The site shows live fares from our flight content provider for information and comparison, and lets you send a trip request or contact an advisor.
• Online booking and payment on the site are not available yet. Bookings are made through a Tripical advisor.
• When live fares are unavailable, the site may show demo results for display only, clearly marked. Demo results are not real flights.

2. Prices

• Prices are the total for all travelers including taxes, as received from the supplier, shown in Saudi riyals. Fares received in US dollars are converted at SAR 3.75 per dollar; a price shown in another currency is in the supplier's currency as received.
• Prices and seat availability can change at any time until the ticket is issued.
• Your advisor sends you a written quote with the final price and any service fee before you pay. We never add fees that were not in the quote you accepted.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and the ticket or voucher is issued and sent to you. Check names and dates as soon as you receive them and tell us about any mistake right away.

4. Payment

• You pay using the methods your advisor confirms in writing when confirming the booking.
• Online card payment on the site is coming soon.

5. Traveler responsibilities

• Give travelers' names exactly as in their passports, and correct details.
• Make sure passports are valid (many countries require at least 6 months).
• Meet the visa, entry and health requirements of your destination. We help you understand them and apply, but visa decisions are made by the relevant authority.
• Arrive at the airport by the time the airline sets.

6. Changes and cancellations

• Flight tickets follow the airline's fare rules: refundability, change fees and fare difference. The search results show whether a ticket is refundable.
• Hotels and packages follow the cancellation policy stated in your quote.
• We tell you all fees and any fare difference before making a change or cancellation, and only go ahead with your approval.
• A Tripical service fee may apply to changes or cancellations if it was stated in the quote you accepted.

7. Refunds

• The refundable amount is refunded after deducting the airline's or supplier's fees and any service fee stated in your quote.
• We submit the refund request to the supplier without delay after your request and tell you the expected time.
• We refund to your original payment method once we receive the money from the supplier.
• If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, we help you rebook or get a refund under the airline's policy.

8. Our role and responsibility

We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels and service providers, each of which is responsible for providing its own service under its own terms. We are responsible for the accuracy of our service and for following up your booking and requests.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
